How To Access Webmail
To access your webmail open a browser and type in your website URL with /webmail at the end. For example, www.mywebsite.com.au/webmail. You will then need to enter the email address and password for the webmail account you wish to access. -
What Are My POP3 Email Server Settings?
Your POP3 and SMTP mail server settings are: mail.mywebsite.com.au – replace “mywebsite.com.au” with your own domain name. Generally your SMTP mail server settings are the same as your POP3 settings. If you cannot send email using your domain name in the SMTP set up, contact your ISP and ask for their SMTP mail settings. -
How Do I Change My Email Password?
There are two ways you can change your email password. The first option is to log into your Webmail account as detailed above and click the Change Password link on the bottom of the main Webmail page.
The second method is to log into your cPanel hosting account – www.mywebsite.com.au/cpanel – (be sure to replace mywebsite.com.au with your own domain name). Once logged in to cPanel click on “Email Accounts“. You will see a list of email accounts if you have created any. To the right of each account you will see the “Change Password” option. Click the Change Password link and enter a new password for each email account you wish to update.

An important point to note first is file size. There is no better way to annoy visitors to your site by forcing them to download a 2Mb photo of your mug shot.
Resizing photos to suite most screen resolutions of 1024 x 768 pixels can be done online at http://pixlr.com. You will be able to resize, crop, enhance and adjust your photos in your web browser. When saving your photo files you need to save them in JPG or PNG formats. You will notice too that the file size is displayed when you choose the image quality you need. Aim for a file size under 150 kilobytes and this will speed loading times and reduce your web hosting bandwidth usage. Have fun!
